Cancelling Your Subscription

Overview

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum contract periods, and no penalty for leaving.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your TheraScripts account
  2. Go to Account SettingsBilling
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

Your subscription is cancelled immediately, but your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

What happens after cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual)
  • No data is deleted — your scripts, client profiles, and settings are preserved
  • Account moves to Free tier at the end of the paid period
  • Free tier limits apply from that point: 3 scripts per month, no audio export, watermarked PDF

Your data remains accessible on the Free tier indefinitely — you do not lose anything you have already created.

Annual plans

If you are on an annual plan and cancel mid-year, access continues to the end of the annual period. We do not currently offer pro-rata refunds for partial annual periods. If you have an exceptional circumstance, contact support.

Reactivating after cancellation

You can reactivate at any time by going to Account SettingsBilling and selecting a plan. There is no waiting period and no additional steps — your data will be exactly as you left it.
