Cancelling Your Subscription

Overview
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum contract periods, and no penalty for leaving.
How to cancel
- Log in to your TheraScripts account
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted
Your subscription is cancelled immediately, but your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
What happens after cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual)
- No data is deleted — your scripts, client profiles, and settings are preserved
- Account moves to Free tier at the end of the paid period
- Free tier limits apply from that point: 3 scripts per month, no audio export, watermarked PDF
Your data remains accessible on the Free tier indefinitely — you do not lose anything you have already created.
Annual plans
If you are on an annual plan and cancel mid-year, access continues to the end of the annual period. We do not currently offer pro-rata refunds for partial annual periods. If you have an exceptional circumstance, contact support.
Reactivating after cancellation
You can reactivate at any time by going to Account Settings → Billing and selecting a plan. There is no waiting period and no additional steps — your data will be exactly as you left it.
